The Challenge

Abstract needed to show — not just tell — how real teams use their platform to collaborate and create better digital experiences. The challenge was capturing authentic stories from customers at Salesforce, Yelp, and Zendesk in a way that felt genuine rather than scripted, and specific enough to be convincing without being too narrow to resonate broadly.
